Miso Punk specializes in creating rockin' baby gear for folks craving the unusual.
Similar to our MamaSan Maternity line, Miso Punk was founded from the frustration of a stay-at-home mom searching for baby apparel that reflected her personal taste. She refused to submit herself to dressing her son in bland t-shirts covered in bears, trucks or baseballs.
Miso Punk's 100 percent cotton baby clothing is designed with an inventive use of unique graphics and bold colors. It is this killer combination that makes our selection of eclectic onsies, rompers and t-shirts the perfect alternative to the traditional clothes you see in typical baby boutiques. *All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Packages arrive within 2 to 5 days.
Additional Shipment Options If you prefer to have an order sent USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail e-mail customerservice@mamasanmaternity.com for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
MamaSan and Miso Punk offer worldwide shipping. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail and generally arrive within 10-14 days. There are circumstances where packages may be delayed in Customs due to inspections or tax levied. In these cases we recommend you contact your local customs office, as these situations are beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped you will be notified via e-mail with your Customs Form number. USPS First Class International Mail does not offer tracking number information.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in the original condition** within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (less original shipping & gift-wrapping charges) upon receipt and examination**. Unfortunately, mailing & gift-wrapping charges, as well as sale items are non-refundable with the exception of receiving a defective or wrong item from us. If you require a different product and/or size exchange please place a new order online and return the original item(s) for a full refund. Please keep the following conditions in mind when making a return
Allow 7 working days from the receipt of a return for us to process a refund. You will receive an e-mail notification that your account has been credited. Allow another 5 - 10 working days after e-mail notification for the refund to be credited to your account. (This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control). Refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. Sale items are considered final sale.
Return Postage If you are returning a non-faulty item for a refund then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the package for the value of the items.
Defective or Wrong Item Received If the order you received is defective or is not what you originally ordered, please send us an e-mail at returns@mamasanmaternity.com listing your name, address and order number, along with the details of the fault/mistake and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If you request a replacement item you will receive an e-mail from us once the item has shipped.
GIFT EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLY)
If you're not 100% satisfied with the gift you received we'll be happy to exchange** it for another size or an item of equivalent price value. To make a gift exchange (ONLY) please send us an e-mail at returns@mamasanmaternity.com listing your name, address and order number, along with the details of the item(s) you do not want and indicate your alternative choice(s).
